What we store
Evaud stores the email address you sign up with, the workspace name you provide, evidence files you upload, asset records, tasks, and Cyber Essentials control statuses. Files are kept in private storage and are only retrievable through short-lived signed URLs.
Who can see your data
Only members of your workspace can see your evidence by default. Assessors you invite can see only the evidence and requirements you explicitly mark assessor-visible.
Sub-processors
Evaud runs on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) for database, authentication and storage. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can delete your workspace and associated data at any time by contacting us. UK GDPR rights apply.
